Climate Reality’s mission is to raise public awareness of the climate crisis and to catalyze urgent action at every level of society. To accomplish this, the chapter should constantly assist its members in developing and enhancing their own knowledge base and their abilities to be effective agents for change.

• The Training/Education Chair is responsible for creating and providing a training and education program utilizing both external and internal speakers, covering a broad range of climate and climate related topics. Each chapter meeting will generally have a segment dedicated to training/education.

• The Training/Education Chair is responsible for scheduling and coordination with the speakers.

• Additionally, the Training/Education Chair will assist members in creating and improving their own presentations as needed.

• The Training/Education Chair will lead the effort to identify venues for presentations
