  • Maintains the Chapter accounts, manages cash flow and reconciles account statements (PEX Card).

  • Responsible for the security of PEX Card

  • Maintains accurate data of chapter financial information, such as assets/liabilities, income and expenses, fundraising and donations

  • Maintains accurate records of spending with corresponding receipts, up-to-date with paper trail at all times

  • Ensures any expenditure is in compliance with the guidelines provided by the National team and approved by the Executive Committee

  • Maintains a record of those donors who need Tax exemption Certificate under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (donations are tax-deductible as allowed by law) and informs the National Team to provide the donors with the certificate
