A Conversation on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Justice
In the July meeting, we will focus our advocacy effort on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Justice (DEIJ). Environmental justice & protecting our democracy are two the five pillars of advocacy at the Climate Reality Project. The Climate Reality Project and all of its local chapter have realized that there will be no climate justice without racial justice. Therefore, we have plan a conversation on how to commit ourselves to racial justice, so that our effort and advocacy in environmental justice is rooted in the needs of those who have been disproportionally impacted by the climate crisis.
